Packing tons of tone and a full-sized voice into a small package, the GX18CE-NS sports a scaled-down Takamine NEX body made with mahogany back/sides and a solid spruce top that's supported by custom-designed bracing. This tonewood combination lends to its superb tonal balance and top-end sparkle while the cutaway design allows for comfortable reach to the higher frets on the fingerboard. For a comfortable feel, the mahogany neck carries a rosewood fingerboard with a 42mm nut width.
Equipped with Takamine TP-4T electronics, the GX18CE-NS will sound great when you plug it into your favorite acoustic amp. The preamp also consists of a convenient, accurate built-in tuner for on-the-fly precision tuning. Comes complete with a gig bag.
